All natural, small batch and distilled twice in alambique stills, the agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens and aged six months in American oak. Deep rich agave aromas with flavors of salted caramel, vanilla, chocolate, and bananas. Slight essence of oak, followed by a very pleasant lingering finish.
