Select bunches are hand picked in the last two weeks of September and dried for 110-120 days, losing over 40% of their initial weight. From the esteemed Grezzana Cavolo vineyard, this wine reflects the mastery of traditional winemaking, with aging for 2 years in small wooden barrels followed by 2 years in large barrels, Amarone Cavolo boasts a deep garnet hue and tantalizes the palate with fruit jam, sour cherry, vanilla, and hints of dried grapes. Velvety and elegant, it promises a wine experience of unparalleled sophistication.
