This meticulously managed, close-planted site, ranging from 11,300 to 22,600 vines per hectare, showcases numerous clones and intensive farming. Notable wines like the 1994 Original Vineyard and 1997 Block 5 mark milestones on Bindi’s Pinot Noir journey. Joining them, the 2019 Block 8 stands out as a personal favorite, reflecting three decades of experience with this land and variety. It offers deep red and dark fruits, complexity, earthy nuances, and a lavish, creamy palate with intense drive and length. With aging potential of at least five years, it promises long-lasting enjoyment.
