It’s a delicate and light whisky that still manages to be flavorsome.Nose is bright and fruity, with notes of raspberries, pineapple and coconut. Surprising savory grain character on the palate with a hint of brothy salinity, and a delicate finish.Inspired by “the history of Cascade Hollows original Cascade Pure Whisky” that used the tagline “mellow as moonlight”.
