Spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves add depth. Medium-bodied, it offers juicy red fruit flavours wrapped in fine tannins, promising a delightful evolution in the bottle. Situated in the western Pyrenees, Shays Flat vineyard enjoys an eastern-facing ridge position, amidst a picturesque Australian landscape of bush, scrub, wheat fields, and vineyards.
