Maison Delas Ctes du Rhne Ventoux

This cuve is a blend sourced mainly from the communes of Mazan and Goult, at the heart of the Ventoux appellation. Primarily composed of Grenache and Syrah, the Grenache undergoes traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats with daily pumping over for gentle phenolic extraction, while the Syrah, remains whole to enhance its fruit aromas. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and aged for 6 to 8 months in stainless steel before final bottling. This wine showcases a vibrant berry-fruit bouquet, revealing the full aromatic potential of these noble grape varieties, all while preserving a refreshing touch from careful winemaking.
