MV Clover Hill Tasmanian Exceptionnelle

Clover Hill’s Tasmanian Cuvee is a traditional method sparkling comprising of 53% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier. Using only the finest parcels of Tasmanian fruit, this is a blend that represents the terroir of the Tamar Valley and Clover Hill’s signature house style.

The wine is complex, with layers of lemon, ripe apples, brioche and honey. All beautifullyintegrated with a toasted nuttiness from time on lees.
