Whistler’s butterfly symbolises transformation, mirroring the evolving blend of their Grenache wine. Harvested separately, the 38% Shiraz, 36% Mataro and 26% Grenache grapes undergo natural fermentation and four months in French oak before blending. The result is a vegan-friendly, easy-drinking red with blue fruit notes from Shiraz, juicy red fruit from Grenache, and a structured, earthy character from Mataro. Perfect for BBQs or chilled enjoyment, this light, bright wine boasts a crunchy acidity and evolving aromatic profile, offering a smashable and chillable delight.
